Step One: A 1-2 hour consultation with a written, room by room report left with you outlining recommendations to get the property into model home condition.
Step Two: Prep work is done by the homeowner, our company or a combination of the two. This work can consist of packing, decluttering, removing/rearranging furniture and artwork, repairs, painting etc.
Step Three: The Home Staging day. This crucial step is when your home is staged by our team into its final model home condition to attract buyers online and emotional connections when buyers visit in person.
